• Free shipping is available on eligible orders.
• Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
• Delivery may take longer in some areas or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety considerations for toys, baby products and kids products, returns and exchanges may not be available on all products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

For approved returns or refunds, the refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

Depending on the situation, the refund may be provided through the original payment method or Toyqubo store credit.
